We are a positive storyteller. Through our activities we inform about and let people experience firsthand the magnitude of plastic pollution to create true ‘Ocean Ambassadors’.
Imagery helps us spreading the message to the rest of the world. This is why we strive to create (short) documentaries about our sailing expeditions for cleaner oceans. August 2016 we organized our first sailing expedition for cleaner oceans, ‘Up to Norway‘. Photographer and filmmaker Anouk van de Beek made a documentary (30 mins) in which we take the viewer on a journey into plastic pollution based on our journey, supported by footage from the expedition.
May 2017 we sailed to Scotland to expand our field of research and increase our outreach. Two Scottish filmmakers both joined part of the expedition and are currently conducting interviews to gain insight in plastic pollution and education in Scotland. To be continued..
March 2018 we were invited to visit the World Ocean Summit for the second time. After having made short videos in 2017 we decided to make a documentary on the people at the conference and the things that happen at such an exclusive event. sailed to Scotland to expand our field of research and increase our outreach. Jeroen de Wit, a young and talented Dutch filmmaker, made an award-winning short doc (11 mins) about plastic pollution. For the film he joined one of our Mini Expeditions on the Wadden Sea. It is in Dutch, but English subtitles follow soon.

Through the combination of my filming hobby and the urge to contribute to a cleaner world I made this short documentary.”
Dutch filmmaker and social entrepeneur Hanna Verboom joined us on Expedition Denmark 2018. She and cameraman Niels Gross (Matemade) made a series of 5 videos about the people and life on board.
